1: Allow your Nem Nuong patty mix to thaw before continuing. 2: Form your Nem Nuong patty mix into balls (about 2-inch diameter). 3: Place the Nem Nuong balls into the air fryer at 375F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. 4: Soak your dried Banh Hoi in hot/warm water for 5 minutes until softened. 5: Drain the Banh Hoi and lay flat on a microwavable plate. 6: Microwave the soaked Banh Hoi for 1 minute per batch, repeating as necessary. 7: Cool the Banh Hoi and roll them onto a plate for serving. 8: To make scallion oil, add sliced green onions into a microwavable bowl with 2 tbsp of oil and microwave for 30 seconds. 9: Assemble your plate with Banh Hoi rolls, cooked Nem Nuong, and garnishes. 10: Serve with sweet Vietnamese fish sauce dip.View original recipe
